    Our home which is for sale is 1,888 sq. ft. It is on a double lot which is 34,084 sq. ft. It has a 1 1/2 stall attached garage and large deck on the back of the house. There is beautiful woodwork throughout the house, as well as hard wood floors. The main floor consists of the entryway, office/sunroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, and a family room(this room could be a bedroom). The family room has french doors that lead to the deck. The second floor has a master bedroom, two other bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is also a built-in linen closet and a laundry chute on the second floor. The house sits on a double, corner lot that is semi-private with mature trees. The house is solidly built sometime in the 1920's. The house is heated by fuel oil, but could easily be converted. The electric bill in the summer is approximately $85 and $135 in the winter. The refigerator, stove, and dishwasher will stay with the house. The washer and dryer are negotiable, as well as the water softener. We purchased a new reverse osmosis system this last fall and are currently making payments. If interested, this can be transferred easily. My husband and I absolutely love our home, but are purchasing the home that my mom and dad put so much work into. This is a beautiful house, with so much charm!
