If you rent the primary house you have full use of the pool, hot tub and pool house. There is a potential for the Pool house to be rented separately from the primary home. In the event of this occurring, the pool and hot tub are to be shared by both tenants renting at the property, however; the Pool "House" shall be reserved for the tenants of that part of the property. No smoking is allowed in the houses or inside the gated pool area. the Maintenance requirements of the tenant will be stipulated prior to rental (these are very limited requirements, trash, pick up animal droppings, etc.)
