Open an area light studio. A little peak of the bay! Must be able to handle stairs and be a quiet person. We are located in the Sunbelt of Seaside. Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful as are we the owners who also live on the premise, we are looking for a responsible, conscientious person to rent the upstairs studio. We are an older couple that are very easy-going and relaxed and quiet. We are looking for at least a six month rental. All utility costs are included in the rent. You didn't sign up for anything.
