A $ 250 non refundable pet fee is required per pet. A non- refundable deposit may also be required per the home listing. - Breed restriction list for aggressive breeds is prohibited. - No pets are allowed under the age of 1 year. -All tenants must complete and sign a pet addendum for each pet. -Pet Screening Required: We use a third-party pet/animal screening service. Each applicant will be required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or ESA/ service animals during the application process. Pet Screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets. Service / ESA animal registration is free. Service Animals.
