This is a sweet little single family home with a nice big yard and a full basement. It is so close to Lake Raystown (Snyder's Run Boat Launch) and the Overlook. It is in a convenient area where grocery stores and shopping are within 1.5 mile away from the property. We are adding to the rental another bathroom and some carpentry work for now. I'm not quite sure what the rent will be as it is up to the owner. Please request a rental application in your email a rental application is required to be completed and returned to our office so that we can review it. Credit checks are NOT run but there is a section on the application to verify income. Pay stubs or proof of income is required as well.
