This fee applies to spouses, and/or roommates. 6) All applicants must be able to meet the qualification guidelines. Married couples, roommates, family members, etc. may combine their income to meet the income guideline. 7) PETS: $30 monthly rent increase per pet and $100 pet deposit per pet.
