No pets allowed, we have one cat that might come and visit with you. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed, not inside, nor on the patio or anywhere on the property. There is a one time end-cleaning fee of $200.00 The studio will come with all utilities (water, electricity and basic internet) included, we will shovel the walkway to the street but you'll be responsible for your patio and your portion of the walkway.
