Everything in this house is in excellent condition and it is ready to move in now! It also has a very nice pool with a complete screen enclosure and baby fence. Fenced backyard. Rent is $1,250 per month, Security Deposit is $1,300. We will consider pets, depending on the size and breed. There is an additional $300 pet fee, non-refundable.
