The room is available for mid-long term rental (1-12 mos at at time) with lease rates varying with term. The condo complex is well maintained, safe, and has pool, hot tub, and gym available to tenants and owners. Tenant will have a designated parking space in the condo parking deck on the same floor as the unit. Room is furnished with bed, dresser and side table as well as a work desk. Condo has fully furnished kitchen with den, and spacious balcony. The complex is quiet with a wide variety of tenants and owners - from students to young families, to retirees. The unit is subject to HOA rules, which are provided in the unit for reference. Tenant will be responsible for any fees from HOA infractions. A one time pet fee of $200 will be charged for dogs in the unit. This will cover any cleaning after tenant leaves, as well as required fees for HOA registration of the pet.
