I live with 3 girls right now and they aren't home much but they are really great. There is a washer and dryer in the full bathroom on my floor. Since there are already people living here everything but the furniture in the room is already here including the huge sectional and flat screen in the living room. Rent is 275 a month with trash included. Utilities are really cheap though so it's about 300-310 with utilities. January is PAID for. I can sublease as soon as December 15th.
