Oak Ridge/Knoxville, TN Nightly, weekly, short-term, mid-term rental. I'm just posting about an upcoming rental house in Oak Ridge, TN. It should be available to start renting June 1 or mid June. These pics are pics when the house was for sale but we did purchased some of the "staging furniture". The sunroom/bedroom will have a twin daybed in it with a twin trundle making it a king bed and the 2nd bedroom will have a queen bed, night stand and chest of drawers in it. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook, all appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and a coffee bar in the living area. Also, there is a 65" Smart TV in the living room and there will be 40" TVs in the 2 bedrooms. We have decided to not include our bedroom and bathroom in the rental, as we will leave all of our personal items locked in there. You will have full access to the rest of the house. We are in the process of making a fire pit area similar to the one in the pic posted. The fire pit might be different possibly. We do now have an outdoor patio set for 4, a regular table umbrella and a 10' Solar Powered LED Umbrella for more coverage, a gas grill and a small charcoal grill. We are working on decorating inside and outside and hope to have it ready by June 1 or at least by mid June. We are right in the heart of Oak Ridge, the "Secret City", home of the Nuclear Bomb. We are about 1 block or so from the hospital here in Oak Ridge and about 10 miles to Parkwest Hospital in W Knoxville/Cedar Bluff and Tennova at Turkey Creek. The huge Oak Ridge Recreation Pool is also just blocks away. We are in a great location and a very safe neighborhood. I will update pictures as we finish setting up and decorating each room.
