Allowed uses are primarily residential. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are generally permitted provided they meet specific criteria. Some commercial uses are permitted. This property is also located in the new Ten Mile Community Overlay District in the Town of Mt. Pleasant. Pleasenote that the chain-link fence is not the lot line. It is believed that the lot line should be approximately 18 to 20 feet to the left of the chain link fence. Three flagged markers have been placed in the approximate location as to where the lot line is "probably" located, but this is not guaranteed.
