The Zestimates for neighboring homes don't make much sense to me. There's no way this house is worth $50K less than those around it. More likely the opposite is true. Neighborhood Description This is as perfect a neighborhood for young families as can be imagined. There are lots of families with babies, young children and teens. It is peaceful and pleasant. There are neighborhood barbecues, get-togethers and the like. Everyone simply gets along well.
