Are you proud of the way you live? Keep a clean household? Respect the property you live in now? Rent will be reduced for longer term quality tenants. - First month's rent (950) plus security deposit (1000) is required to move in. - Last month's rent must be pre-paid within 6 months. May be spread over each of the 6 months if needed. - Credit report will be run - Previous landlords will be contacted - Tenant pays trash gas electric water sewer and mows grass APPLICATION PROCESSING. You will be provided an rental application when you visit. There is a refundable application processing fee/deposit of 100.00. Once accepted a lease agreement will be provided for your signature. The fee/deposit is refunded if the application is not accepted unless there is a misrepresentation or falsehood made in the application. In the case of misrepresentation or falsehood all of the fee will be retained to offset the agent's cost time and effort in processing your application. Upon acceptance the 100.00 deposit will become a down payment on your security deposit. PETS. Talk to me about your pets how you care for them how my property will not be damaged by them. Note there will be an increase in rent for each pet. MOVE-IN COSTS. Be prepared. Upon approval of application and prior to occupancy the first month's rent plus security deposit (including pet deposit if applicable) are due. It is preferred that you also include Last Month's Rent at this time. If more time is needed you may pay equally over 6 months.
