When the current owners purchased this 9 acre property they intended to build their dream home on it. They removed the remnants of the previous burnt down structure. They cleared the foundation, septic tank and the garage of the previous house. The property was abandoned for 20 plus years and heavily overgrown. 3 acres of trees were cut back and pruned to create an amazing view from the ridge sitting over 500 feet above the Ohio River Valley book ended by the over 100 acres of old growth woods on the hillside leading down to the river. The property has over 1,000 feet of road frontage and drops down the hillside from each end to form an 800 foot deep diamond.
The week after the property was closed-on the next door neighbor had a stroke and her kids approached the owners to purchase the estate and they eventually did.
