The house is across the street from the Pt Judith salt pond where there is an access point. There is a lovely view from the large deck and it is a quiet and beautiful place in the fall and winter too. Large yard and we take care of the yard work. Although the setting is very peaceful, it is 2 miles away from a shopping plaza with grocery store and a couple of good restaurants. 4 miles away from several Narragansett beaches and the amenities of Narragansett Pier and the village of Wakefield. We are looking for a person or a couple to rent the house on a monthly basis, preferably 3-6 months starting on December 1, though there could be some flexibility. 1100 square foot house on 2 levels. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, in addition to kitchen and dining area. Downstairs is a lounge with sofa, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. Rent: $2000 per month from Dec 1- June 1, possible extension to June 15. Rent includes heat, electricity, high speed wireless internet, water, septic, trash pick up and yard work, . Security deposit required, amount depends on length of stay. Off street parking. No smoking. Preference for no pets, though we might consider a small dog. Preference for 1-2 occupants and mature renters.
