Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Please reach out to guarantee your reservation today. We're always excited to host great people! The Seacoast 2 Summit Team Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. The neighborhood The Town of Rye, New Hampshire is located on the Atlantic Coast, a one hour drive by car from Boston, Massachusetts; Portland, Maine or the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Although Rye has a total area of 35.5 square miles, 64.45% of it (22.9 square miles) is wetland or marsh. The Town of Rye has the longest stretch of coastline of any New Hampshire coastal town and also contains four of the nine islands known as the Isles of Shoals which lie approximately ten miles off the Rye shores. Rye is known for it's beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, plenty of coastal fun and is ideally sandwiched between Hampton to it's south and Portsmouth to it's north. Getting around A car is needed to get to the home but it is an easy bike ride or walk to the beach! Other things to note FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask. Interaction with guests We are not there but you can contact us 24/7 for any assistance needed. *Available for 30 day or more rental February 20, 2026 - April 30th 2026 *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances *The owner pays all utilities * Booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program (fee is $50/stay) *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests Note: Listed price doesn't include taxes and fees yet.
