Looking for someone to take over our 12-month lease. Our apartment is located on the third floor with lots of natural light. Skyline is currently renting out 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments for ~2,000$. If you choose to take over our lease you will get our lease renewal rate which is 1,716$. Must be able to move in by May 31st and take over the utilities on that date. The owner pays for water and cable. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, and internet. No smoking is allowed. The pet policy is as follows: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $100 pet deposit, a $250 pet fee for each pet. Pet rent is $40 per month. Current Vet records and photo of pet(s) required. For more information, please call our leasing office.
