This is a historic house in the Zilker/Barton Hills area. You are literally a minute's walk to the back entrance of Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and the Hike and Bike Trail. There is a creek in the back of the house with flowing water and a large driveway. The house holds a special charm, and your memories will last forever. Details: 2 Bedroom/2 Bath/ Deck/Off-street parking 1 dog permitted, 20lbs and under; 500$ fee nonrefundable; certain breeds not allowed, e.g., any pit bulls or pit bull mixes. No record of biting people. Must have up-to-date vaccination records. 1750$ deposit, refundable upon inspection on leaving and returned within 30 days of the end of the lease term The tenant is responsible for 50% of the utilities. I had to put a range in here, so I put 200-400$, depending on whether you keep the house really cold. Max 2 adult persons ONE car permitted in excellent working condition with no evidence of oil leaks.
