Only 2 pets allowed. Pets cannot be on furniture and must be kenneled when left inside the property alone. Renters must pick up after their pets inside and out. $250 deposit is due with first months payment. Pet rent is $100/month/pet. Cleaning fee of $150 must be paid with first months rent.
