This home has 3 acres on hwy 1 with a driveway on the 4 lane hwy this was once a pond area but when the four lane went in it stopped the flow from the source filling the pond so I decided it was worth far more as commercial road frontage. and have left it empty. and the other 3 acres is on the old road that was once a 2 lane hiway and there is a slight lift that the house sits on making it look stately and protects from flooding . there is a creek about 400 feet down the road but this house does not have any creek frontage. I think it is a great place to live as I lived in the house for 12 years before moving and renting it out. I seem to move about every 12 years and I will be due to move from where I am in about 4 years..lol
