This cabin is a great size with large windows to let in all of the natural light you could need! The wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy in the winter, and the large deck off the back will let you entertain through the summer. Upstairs the primary bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that gives you an amazing view in the morning and the other bedroom although smaller is a descent size. ~Water, garbage, electric and internet are included up to $400/per month anything above that would be tenant responsibility. Pets considered on case by case basis! We are looking for tenants who can afford the rent with no negative rental of criminal history, credit score needs to be a 700 or higher with stable employment.applications are $55/adult living in the home.
