Yard must be regularly mowed and kept clean. No unlicensed or inoperable vehicles allowed. No campers, trailers, wagons, carts, or similar items permitted. No vehicles may be parked on the street. Operation, storage, or maintenance of heavy machinery or industrial equipment is strictly prohibited. Parents are responsible for their children and their conduct. BB guns, dirt bikes, four-wheelers, go-carts, or similar vehicles are prohibited. Tenant is responsible for actions of all guests. No animals or pets allowed inside or outside, with no exceptions of any kind. Garbage containers must be removed from the street within 24 hours after pickup. Tenant is responsible for installing and maintaining smoke detectors and replacing air filters. If a sump pump and dehumidifier are present, they must remain operating.
