It’s situated on a small street just blocks from the Bay in a neighborhood with tons of amenities including a beach, playground, gardens, security and more. The yard is flat and completely usable with the bonus of a nice vinyl privacy fence wrapping around the entire back yard. Inside you will find tall ceilings, upgraded flooring, recently remodeled kitchen and good sized bedrooms. My favorite feature has to be the basement.
