All ovens run on electric. There is a gas grill to use at your convenience just needs propane. Dishwasher, Dryer, and Washing machine are all excellent. NO PETS unless they are outdoor animals and genuinely kept outside. Cell phone service there is excellent. There are internet options but that is on the renter such as verizon or starlink.
