We have the best view of what makes Pennsylvania beautiful. The property is 25 minutes from State College and 20 minutes from Huntingdon. Lease is for a year. All utilities are the renters to cover (save for garbage, pest control, and water treatment for well). Electric usually runs $200-300 per month depending on use and time of year (the heat pump is excellent with heat and AC). The water is well (we cover the salt). The septic is private (may need pumped every 3 years so we take care of that). Pest control is covered by us (spray for wasps and ants to be proactive). All ovens run on electric. There is a gas grill to use at your convenience just needs propane. Dishwasher, Dryer, and Washing machine are all excellent. NO PETS unless they are outdoor animals. Cell phone service there is excellent. There are internet options but that is on the renter.
