Ladybird lake is great for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and has a trail around it that you can bike or walk. We are three blocks away from Stacy park and pool. Zilker Park and Barton Springs pool are just 2 miles away, as well as Congress Avenue bridge, where you can watch the bats. The Whip-In is an excellent Indian food restaurant/bar around the corner and several great Mexican restaurants in the neighborhood, including Curras. There are several delicious food trailers around too. There is easy access to Highway 35, and the bus route is just a few blocks away. The front house you will be renting is actually a little over 1,100 square feet. Zillow includes the square footage of both houses on the property. My husband has his office in the back house of the property, so he will be available should you need anything. Wifi and cable is included. Tenant pays other utilities.
