Water problem in garage during rainy season covering floor.Underground creek fills with water and rises flooding backyard lawn area. Water damage in upstairs bathroom has caused black mold in walls from upstairs into ceiling,laundry room and staircase as well as bathroom.There was a major flooding into kitchen,family room and hallway causing major damage in 2008.Heater doesn't work.Heating vent is backed up. Fireplace is in need of major over haul.Just some of the issues.Major problem is water coming into the house.
