This charming, fully-furnished cabin is situated in a gated resort with exclusive access to Lake James. Enjoy a range of amenities including a swimming pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), boat storage, a dog park, and basketball/volleyball, playground, gem mining and more! It's just a short stroll to our private cove on Lake James. The master bedroom welcomes you with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features flexible bunk beds - a double below and a twin above. For additional sleeping arrangements, head up to the loft where two more twin beds await, providing a cozy retreat or storage area. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster. Shared laundry facilities are available. We require the first month's rent to be paid as a security deposit. A maximum of two pets are permitted with a $400 nonrefundable deposit required for the first pet and an additional $35 per month for each pet. Cleaning Fee: $150 deducted from security deposit when you leave. Each cabin and cottage can accommodate up to two vehicles. Any trailers or boats must be stored in the designated area, which incurs an additional fee. In addition to complimentary Wi-Fi, our cabins come equipped with 32-inch Roku TVs that offer Spectrum cable and access to free streaming channels. Any prospective monthly and seasonal residents are required to undergo a background check and obtain approval from Barefoot Landing Management. Each individual aged 18 and over who will be residing in the property must complete the application and background check process. Short-term weekend or weekly rentals are also available. Additional cabins are available, including options with two bedrooms and lofts. No smoking inside home. Electricity is metered and billed at the end of each month.
