After 15 years we chose a major remodel, removing dated walls & opening up the main floor with gorgeous acacia wood flooring throughout, cherry cabinetry in the kitchen with granite countertops throughout, a cooking families dream. All new modern millwork, windows entire home, upstairs full bathrooms updated with granite & modern walk in shower, walls removed so they are very spacious. Basement was remodeled in 2010 & large living/gaming room walled off & now an exercise room leaving large laundry/pantry area plus large shelves storage room off the 1/2 bath down there. In 2002, the first spring here we installed two large custom built patios to expand our outdoor living space. They’ve served us well & still look new. We’ve held parties with over 150 people very comfortable in & outside while we fed our guest well. 2019 we installed permanent siding to ensure no fussy upkeep anymore.
