Walk to train, Wheaton College shopping and social activities. Absolutely no smoking. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant responsible for Snow removal and yard maintenance. Add $350 a month and Landlord will handle all yard and snow maintenance. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD THIS HOUSE. It is a nice, functional home. I am a fantastic landlord.
