By car you need just one minute to reach 280 and 87 (a few minutes to 101, Caltrain, VTA light rail, and SJSU). When touring the property, you can view the layout and decide if it works for you. The unit's maximum occupancy is three people. Furnished Apartment Option If you want to lease the apartment furnished, the furniture has an additional monthly rental fee of $200/month, including the following pieces: - clothing dressers - king bed - coffee table - one kitchen table and chairs - one desk and leather desk chair - two large TVs - lamps - complete set of pots, pans, sharp knives, cutlery - crock pot, rice cooker, mixer, toaster and other appliances In short, our furnished apartment provides everything you might need for a comfortable if not luxurious living situation. (In August of 2024, we will also have an unfurnished, lovely apartment upstairs available in the same fourplex building, if this option interests you.) One-year minimum lease preferred. Furniture rent is $200/month (in other words, the rent without utilities $2,550 per month). Deposit: $4,700 (twice the base rent). When signing the lease, you must pay $4,700 (deposit) plus $2,250 (first month's discounted rent), plus the fees for services that you elect (see below) Services - Who Pays What?
