I am seeking one or two people to share a home with my brother. It can be RENT FREE if the situation is right. My brother needs someone to get groceries, take to doctor or dentist appointments, nearby gym from time to time and is available, as needed. He needs someone living in if by chance he falls or needs help from a disability; these are reasons why rent is reduced for running errands. He is in need of short-term help to recover from a surgery in the near future after the first of the year, but rental can continue as long as you are somewhat available to help.
