The house is available for rent on December 1, 2020 (possibly sooner), or January 1, 2021. Lease is a one or two year term with one month rent for security deposit. If interested, I would start by setting up a showing at the house, and then collecting a rental application with possible background checks and credit scores. Bills not included.
