House is a 2001 double wide. Needs a little TLC but is solid. soft spot in laundry room, middle bath, hall, and master bed. They are all fairly close to one another. as of January of 2022 a new roof, new inside A coil for the central air, septic tank along with field line was installed. Although is not lake front property it does have lake access. The dead pine trees in the photos have been cut. Great neighbors!
