Fully furnished with everything you need to get settled quickly. The property is on a quiet street in a rural setting. You will pass by the neighborhood sheep, goats, donkeys, and horses to get to our road. We have chickens on the property and are happy to share extra eggs with you. You have free access to our two-story dock in a quiet cove on Lake Hartwell. There is a two-person kayak, a paddle board, a paddle boat, and several floats you are welcome to use. There is a hot tub that you are welcome to use. Feel free to play with the variety of yard games as well. Parking for free on site in driveway. BBQ and a fire pit as well. We are located in the main house and are here to answer any questions you might have. No smoking. some small animals considered, but must be approved. We will cover all utilities, you only pay rent for fully furnished apartment. Boat tie up at dock for additional fee.
