Good neighborhood, 1000ft from elementary school. Near to shopping, dining, recreation, grocery stores everything in less than a mile. Shared coin laundry in the basement of the building. Secured entry. We are living in this unit from 15 months and really liked it. Moving out for personal reasons. This is not sublet but its a Relet. So its as good as new lease (lease term till the end of June, with the option to extend it) but the same rent we are paying. Tenant only pays electric, Common Area Maintenance ($35) and Renters insurance (Water, sewage, trash, heat included in Rent). Very friendly neighbors. Near to park like 2 to 3 mins walk. Near to AMC, Costco, Jewel Osco, Restaurants (Randhurst Mall). Property management is good and always responds to the requests very quick.
