Utilities are fixed at $100 which covers electric, water, gas and trash utilities. Our location is in Reston, Virginia steps away from Reston metro and 1mi from the Reston Town Center. Amenities such as a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails, and ponds provide plenty of diversions. About You: You should be reasonably clean and relatively drama-free, you need to be able to pay rent on time. If your parents are paying bills for you, they need to be on-time. Students, interns, professionals, fellows, corporate, military (army, navy, air force, marines, coast guard, am I forgetting anyone?) are welcome. The community is pet-friendly and the apartment is smoke-free. What You Get: You get a bedroom with closet and shared bathroom with shower/tub, linen closet, and cabinet space. You have full access to the additional spaces offered by the kitchen, laundry/pantry, living room, and other shared closet storage areas. Your shared bathroom has a shower/tub, tile floor, and sink. The living room is furnished, and has some room available if you'd like to bring some of your own stuff to add. Beautiful kitchen and a laundry room, washer and dryer are in the unit! washer & dryer, dishwasher refrigerator/freezer, deep sink grills, microwave, gas stove/oven, blender plenty of closet, counter, shelf and cupboard space all utilities are flat as 100 a month
