1: Do I NEED to have a business to rent this space? YES! I dont really care what kind of business it is, it could be selling Pokemon cards on Ebay. It just needs to be a business of some sort per county zoning regulations. You need to "pinky promise" that the primary purpose of the space is business related and living on the property is secondary.
2: Do I have other spaces available? YES, there is a 2 bedroom residential apartment adjoining this commercial space but wanted to rent this space first. There is also a full hook-up RV site that is being built.
3: No business that is federally banned is permitted.
