Looking for a quiet wooded lot with a quaint camp? This one room camp with a sleeping loft maybe just what you are looking for. Great for hunting or just a get-away this rustic cabin has a propane heater and electricity. In keeping with the rustic nature a well built privy is sited just beyond the cabin through a grassy path. Tucked into the wooded lot you could be visited by deer, rabbit, fox and many birds. The beach looks out across Bailey's Mistake where seals, porpoise, black ducks, geese and Great Blue Heron migrate. If you are an outdoorsman and take to the water there are many brooks, rivers and ponds. Sea kayaking and canoeing are a favorite pastime in the local waters along the coastline, whether out for a relaxing day, fishing, or exploring. Mackerel and herring are caught off the public pier in Lubec. The community offers artisan gift shops, several nice restaurants, a motel and several Bed and Breakfasts. Lubec is surrounded by over 90 miles of shoreline, both rock bound deep water and tidal bays.
