I want people with good references who are clean and reliable. The home is 3 blocks from University, close to everything. Owner pays water, sewer, taxes, waste management. Renter pays electric gas and wi fi. Owner prefers to give renter detailed average of utilities, keep them in his name and simply give an all inclusive rent and adjust either down or up on semi annual basis.
