This is a residential lot suitable for single family homes, I'm not sure about duplexes Wells are shallow and reliable. Building codes with Saguache County are lenient. Alternative building methods are generally accepted, or at least there are a bunch of them out here. No mobile homes in the bacas. Camping and campers OK. People are friendly.
