Looking for a sublet to take over my room in a 4br in The Cottages of Clemson. All males living in the house, they are really cool guys. I am moving out prior to December 1st to live closer to family so I am looking for someone to move in ASAP but if you are unable to move in until January 1st that is fine. The utilities are typically around $50-$60 per person. The room includes its own bathroom and closest and there is a laundry room and storage room upstairs of the house.
