There are irrigated beds on all sides of the house, if you want to add some of your favorite seeds to the soil and see what happens. The house is also fenced in, if you have a dog. No smoking. The initial rental agreement will be for a minimum of 6 months. Open to negotiation after that period. Two cars maximum in the driveway. Other cars will need to be parked on the street. Tenants will be responsible for minor maintenance (ie, changing lightbulbs, etc) and will pay for any property damage. Two animals maximum.
