This is a very nice summer cottage. The exterior is half logs, and the interior is all wood with an open ceiling. It has new dimensional shingles, gutters and down spouts, and leaf guard covers over the gutters. All were installed in the fall of 2006. The exterior is also newly stained. There is a 10x20 out building with electricity and running water. Includes a full tub/shower combo in bath house. If you are interested in a summer cottage that is priced right, you should take a look.
