    Big bucks love security, and this place is like Fort Knox. The owner’s had a select cut tree harvest done 7 years ago and it really opened up the canopy to let the sunlight hit the forest floor. There are pockets of bedding throughout the tract because of it with a great trail system that has been maintained all year long. The trail system will act as great access throughout the property to get to stand locations to hunt any type of wind. On the south side of the property is a hidden 3.5 acre Ag field that is currently being cash rented for $150 an acre. This income can pay for the property tax, wild game tags, etc. It could also be used for a food plot as well. Imagine sitting over 3.5 acres of beans with a North wind in the late season. Dry Fork creek runs across the property on the Northern end.
