What the owner loves about this home
This is a property that brings joy to the entire family. Once on site, the decompression starts and builds until the city is, at least for your stay, seemingly a million miles away. It is a fishing, hunting and ranching experience that usually can only be experienced on much larger properties….. it has it all and is only 1 1/2 hours from Dallas. When we bought and improved the property, we were a mere 1:15 from our home in McKinney. We would not be selling it, but for our moving away from the Dallas area.
