There is a covered front deck with rocking chairs, a patio table and two comfy lounging chairs. It's a quiet place to enjoy the outdoors. The back deck has similar seating and gets the warm, morning sun. There are a few walking trails and a small waterfall to enjoy, within the community.
Monthly rate includes all utilities. Water, WIFI, TV, Trash and Electricity. The house is available for rent May 1st, 2026. We are looking for a 3 6-month rental. No smoking and no pets. We are looking for 1-2 guests but would consider up to four guests.
