This cozy mountain home is nestled on a knoll, providing a birds-eye view of some of the surroundings, in this 100-acre, gated neighborhood, that was once a youth camp. There is a covered front deck with rocking chairs, a patio table and two comfy lounging chairs. It's a quiet place to enjoy the outdoors. The back deck has similar seating and gets the warm, morning sun. There are a few walking trails and a small waterfall to enjoy, within the community.
Monthly rate includes all utilities. Water, WIFI, TV, Trash and Electricity. No smoking and no pets. We are looking for 1-2 guests.
