Tucked away on a serene 7+ acre wooded lot in Bentonville, this custom-built 2018 home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and country tranquility. Spanning 3,181 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the property features thoughtful design, expansive living space, and natural beauty at every turn, making it a rare gem in Northwest Arkansas.
Recent updates elevate both style and functionality. A new wood floor in the living room, office, and hallways brings warmth and elegance to the main living area. A wood-burning fireplace insert adds both charm and cozy functionality for colder months. Framing the fireplace, a beautiful herringbone-patterned brick inlay provides a striking focal point and ties in with the same durable brick used on the front porch and back patio, blending indoor elegance with outdoor appeal. A newly installed storm shelter, comfortably sized for six, adds peace of mind. An 18 x 36-foot rectangular in-ground pool anchors the backyard and creates a true outdoor oasis. The pool is surrounded by a curated mix of Arkansas native flowers and grasses, creating a natural prairie paradise that blooms across three seasons and attracts pollinators, transforming the space into a heavenly retreat. Though not pictured, the property is also equipped with a front and back underground pet electric fence, offering a secure environment for pets to roam freely.
Outdoor highlights include private access to the Little Osage River, ideal for fishing, nature walks, or quiet reflection. A shared 1-acre pond, stocked with channel catfish in 2019, adds another peaceful and scenic feature. A reverse osmosis filtration system under the kitchen sink ensures clean drinking water. The spacious attic offers ample storage or potential for future expansion. A workshop and storage area adjacent to the large 3-car garage provides convenience for hobbies, tools, or gardening needs.
Inside the home’s open-concept layout features high ceilings and panoramic windows that showcase wooded surroundings and flood the space with natural light. Flooring includes a mix of hardwood, tile, carpet, and stained concrete. The home is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas range, oven, microwave, trash compactor, and dishwasher .
Located in Bentonville in the highly desirable 72713 zip code, the home offers access to the area’s vibrant culture, outdoor trails, and top-rated schools, including Evening Star Elementary, Grimsley Junior High, and Bentonville West High School. With the perfect balance of space, privacy, and community access, this home is ideal for families, remote professionals, or anyone seeking a retreat without leaving the city.
Every detail of this home reflects thoughtful upgrades and intentional living. From the peaceful prairie blooms around the pool to the built-in storm shelter, this property invites you to relax, recharge, and make every day feel like a getaway.

What the owner loves about this home
There’s something truly special about this place. From the moment you turn down the private driveway, you’re surrounded by peaceful woods and wildlife. It’s quiet, calming, and full of natural beauty in every direction. One of my favorite features is the 18 x 36-foot in-ground pool, framed with Arkansas native flowers and prairie grasses. It blooms beautifully for most of the year and creates a dreamy, low-maintenance retreat right in our own backyard.
We also added brick flooring to the front and back porches, which not only looks timeless but holds up beautifully year-round. Inside, we recently updated the living room, office, and hallways with real wood flooring, giving the space a warm, cozy feel. There’s also a storm shelter that fits six, which gave us peace of mind during storms, and a huge attic for storage or future ideas.
I’ve always loved walking down to the Little Osage River or casting a line in the shared pond stocked with channel catfish and bass. The memories made in this home with our children are memories my husband and I will always treasure. It’s those simple, grounding moments that made this home feel like a retreat. And with the underground pet fence in the front and back, our dogs had the freedom to explore safely.
Whether it's enjoying coffee on the back porch, unwinding by the pool, or stargazing in total quiet, this home invites you to slow down, breathe deeper, and really live in your space. It’s peaceful, practical, and filled with charm.
If you're interested or have questions, feel free to reach out directly. We'd love to tell you more.
Thank you for considering our home.
Warmly,
Brad and Sandy Russell
