The nightly rate includes two guests, with a $50 flat fee per stay for each additional guest beyond two. Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood; this area has a very high fire risk. 2. NO PETS allowed of any kind. 3. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm 9:00am, please be mindful of noise for the owners living upstairs. 4. Guest limit is 4 guests, no parties are allowed. 5. Do not tamper with or remove any smoke alarms. 6. Must be at least 21 years old to book. 7. Use of Pool/Hot Tub/Sauna/Cold Plunge/Fire Pit must be always observed. 8. Please do not rearrange furniture, if you would like furniture arranged or removed please contact your host. 9. Please be mindful of the furniture around The Loft. 10. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. 11. Guests must be cordial, respectful, and tolerant of all other guests.
