The place is clean, has lots of light, is just over two (2) miles from SUU campus, and has a fenced-in back patio. The unit used to be a show unit, so it has upgraded trim and finishes. Ample parking on site (uncovered).I currently have two (2) male tenants in the other two rooms. Tenants split gas, electric, and internet costs (~$60/month on average).Washer/dryer included. Also has a dishwasher and microwave in addition to the standard stove and fridge/freezer). Also has a separate pantry. The room is partially furnished with a desk (tenants bring their own bed).Renter's insurance is required.
